Chickpea Soup

greens (cut into bite-sized pieces)1 bunch

red pepper flakes1 tsp

vegetable or chicken stock2 cups

1Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. 2Add ground turmeric , red pepper flakes , and chickpeas , season with more salt and pepper . Cook and stir until the chickpeas are slightly browned and crisp, ⏱️ 8-10 minutes . 4Bring to a simmer and stir occasionally until the stew has thickened, ⏱️ 30-35 minutes .

5Add greens and stir, cook until wilted, ⏱️ 3-7 minutes .greens: 1 bunch (cut into bite-sized pieces)
